• Operate your account and the services you request (storage, transfers, shipping).
• Process and verify payments.
• Notify you about transfers, payments, renewals, and shipment events.

How we share information

We never sell your data. We share it only with:

• People you have explicitly authorised — beneficiaries you add, transfer recipients you nominate.
• Shipping partners and customs authorities, as required to complete shipments you initiate.

Storage & security

Your data lives on secured servers with regular backups. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Sensitive operations (transfers, payment verifications) are logged with audit trails. We retain data while your account is active and delete it on request, subject to legal retention requirements.

• Request deletion of your account (subject to active luggage/transfers being closed first).
