Acceptance

By creating an account or using Nature Private Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must give us accurate and current information when signing up and keep it updated.

Storage terms

• Storage is billed yearly, prepaid, per item.
• Insurance is optional and covers the period during which it is active. It does not transfer with ownership.
• Lapsed storage periods accrue back-fees that are payable before the item can be transferred or shipped.
• We may refuse to store prohibited items (hazardous materials, illegal goods, perishables).

Transfers

• Every transfer has a 24-hour cancellation window from initiation.
• Code-based transfers cannot be cancelled by the original owner — sharing the code is treated as authorisation.
• Direct and beneficiary transfers can be cancelled by the original owner during the window.
• We may revoke any transfer for fraud, dispute, or violation of these terms.

Shipping

• Shipping rates are quoted at booking and final upon confirmation.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or recipient unavailability.
• Signature required and POD (proof of delivery) may be requested for high-value shipments.

Payments & fees

• All payments are manually verified by our admin team and are non-refundable once verified, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Late renewals incur back-fees calculated pro-rata to the lapsed period.
• We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Insured items follow the terms of the insurance policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and through the dashboard with at least 30 days notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
